Installation Instructions

Install Sounds on Your XPS-10X

To complete the installation you will need a USB Flash stick and your XPS-10X must be switched off.

  1. Subscribe to the Roland mailer and download the sound files to
your computer/laptop
  2. Empty your USB flash memory.
  3. Stick your USB flash memory into your XPS-10X.
  4. Switch on your XPS-10X.
  5. Press Menu then navigate to Utility by pressing the side cursor button or by moving using the navigation Knob
  6. Press Enter then navigate to Format USB Flash Memory by using/pressing the right cursor button and then the down cursor button.
  7. Press Enter… wait Until it’s done.
  8. Remove your USB flash memory from 10X.
  9. Stick it to your computer/laptop
  10. You will see three folders EXPORT,IMPORT,ROLAND and Song List.
  11. Copy your “ITENDE_XPS-v1X.SVD” file and paste it in
ROLAND>>XPS-10X>>BACKUP in your USB
  12. Copy your all folders from song list folder in your laptop.
  13. Paste your folders into Song List folder in the USB flash.
  14. Remove USB safely from laptop/computer and stick it into XPS-10X wait for a few seconds
  15. Press Menu and navigate to Utility, Press Enter and navigate to Restore and press enter.
  16. Press enter and confirm with enter again then wait for the
restore to complete.
  17. Switch off your XPS-10X and turn it back on.
  18. In order to find your new iTende Patches, Press the button
“User” once and press enter.
  19. Navigate to your New Intend tones by pressing the right cursor or the dial
  20. You should then find your tones. ENJOY 🙂

Install Sounds on Your XPS-60

To complete the installation you will need a USB Flash stick and your XPS-60 must be switched off.

  1. Subscribe to the Roland mailer and download the sound files to
your computer/laptop

  3. Stick your USB flash memory into your XPS-60.
  4. Switch on your XPS-60.
  5. Press Menu then navigate to Utility by pressing the side cursor button or by moving using the dial
  6. Press Enter then navigate to Format USB Flash Memory by using/pressing the right cursor button and then the down cursor button.
  7. Press Enter… wait Until it’s done.
  8. Remove your USB flash memory from xps-60.
  9. Stick it to your computer/laptop
  10. You will see three folders EXPORT,IMPORT,ROLAND and Song List.
  11. Copy your “ITENDE_XPS-v1X.SVD” file and paste it in
ROLAND>>XPS-60>>BACKUP in your USB
  12. Copy your all folders from song list folder in your laptop.
  13. Paste your folders into Song List folder in the USB flash.
  14. Remove USB safely from laptop/computer and stick it into XPS-60 wait for a few seconds
  15. Press Menu and navigate to Utility, Press Enter and navigate to Restore and press enter.

  17. Switch off your XPS-60 and turn it back on.
  18. In order to find your new Itende Patches, Press the button

Install Sounds on Your Juno-DS

To complete the installation you will need a USB Flash stick and your JUNO-DS must be switched off.

  1. Subscribe to the Roland mailer and download the sound files to
    your computer/laptop
  2. Empty your USB flash memory.
  3. Stick your USB flash memory into your JUNO DS.
  4. Switch on your JUNO DS.
  5. Press Menu then navigate to Utility by pressing the down cursor button.
  6. Press Enter then navigate to Format USB Flash Memory by using/pressing the right cursor button and then the down cursor button.
  7. Press Enter… wait Until it’s done.
  8. Remove your USB flash memory from JUNO DS.
  9. Stick it to your computer/laptop
  10. You will see three folders EXPORT,IMPORT,ROLAND and Song List.
  11. Copy your “JUNO ITENDE.SVD” file and paste it in
    ROLAND>>JUNO>>BACKUP in your USB
  12. Copy your all folders from song list folder in your laptop.
  13. Paste your folders into Song List folder in the USB flash.
  14. Remove USB safely from laptop/computer and stick it into JUNO DS wait 10 seconds
  15. Press Menu and navigate to Utility, Press Enter and navigate to Restore and press enter.
  16. Press enter and confirm with enter again then wait for the
    restore to complete.
  17. Switch off your JUNO DS and turn it back on.
  18. In order to find your new Intend Patches, Press the button
    “Patch/Perform” once and press enter.
  19. Navigate to your New Intend tones by pressing the right cursor.
  20. You should then find your tones. ENJOY 🙂

Install Sounds on Your XPS-10

To complete the installation you will need a USB Flash stick and your XPS-10 must be switched off.

  1. Subscribe to the Roland mailer and download the sound files to your computer/laptop (above)
  2. Empty your USB flash stick’s memory.
  3. Put your USB flash stick into your XPS-10.
  4. Switch on your XPS-10.
  5. Press Menu then navigate to Utility by pressing the right cursor button.
  6. Press Enter, then navigate to Format USB Flash Memory by using/pressing the right cursor button.
  7. Press Enter… wait Until it’s done.
  8. Remove your USB flash stick from XPS-10.
  9. Put your USB flash stick into your computer/laptop
  10. On your USB flash stick, you will now see three folders IMPORT,ROLAND and Song List.
  11. Copy your “XPS10 iTende.SVD” file and paste it in ROLAND>>XPS>>BACKUP in your USB
  12. Copy all files from the downloaded folder song list and paste them into the Song List folder on the USB flash stick.
  13. Remove USB from laptop/computer and put it into XPS-10 wait 10 seconds
  14. Press Menu and navigate to Utility, Press Enter and navigate to Restore and press enter.
  15. Press enter and confirm with enter again, then wait for the restore to complete.
